Manning & Company, P.C.’s Privacy Policy on Disclosure of Your Personal Information
We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

Information we receive from you on applications, tax preparation organizers, worksheets, and other documents we use in the preparation of tax returns, other forms, and consulting services;

For current and former clients, we do not disclose any nonpublic personal information obtained in the course of our practice to any other individual of organization except as required or permitted by law. Required disclosures include, for instance, providing information to our employees, requests by you, and in limited situations, to unrelated third parties who need information to assist us in providing our services to you. Unrelated third parties might include government agencies, accountants, attorneys, financial planners, and investment advisory firms. Permitted by law would include, for instance, a subpoena or other court order. We do not share your personal information with companies that perform marketing services.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to members of our firm who need to know that information to provide our services to you. In order to guard your nonpublic personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with our professional standards.
